These terms apply when you use alvifashion.shop or buy from ALVI. Please read them before placing an order. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Using our website
You may use our website for personal, lawful shopping purposes. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to copy its content. If you create an account, please keep your login details secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Products, sizes and colours
We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting, and some photographs show styling items, such as shoes, bags or jackets, that are not included with the product. Fit varies between styles, so please read each product description and contact us if you need help choosing a size. Products are subject to availability.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include any applicable taxes. The total price, including delivery, is shown at checkout before you pay. Standard UK delivery is free. Payment is taken securely at checkout using the payment methods shown there. We use Shopify Payments for card payments and PayPal. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before accepting the order and you can choose whether to continue at the correct price or cancel.
5. Placing an order and acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed when we accept your order, which happens when we email to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we cannot verify payment. If we decline your order after payment, we will refund you in full.
6. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery estimates and other details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us or to someone you nominate.
7. Cancellations and returns
You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. In addition, we offer a 30-day returns window from delivery. How to cancel or return an item, return postage, and how refunds work are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Faulty goods and your legal rights
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these terms. For information about your rights, you can contact Citizens Advice.
9. Intellectual property
The ALVI name, logo, website design, text and our own images are owned by or licensed to ALVI. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are supplied for domestic and private use. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your statutory rights in relation to goods.
11. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the delay. If there is a significant delay, you can cancel and receive a refund for anything you have paid for but not received.
12. Privacy
We use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those shown on this page when you placed it.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections in the part of the UK where you live. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it.
