Our team is available Monday–Thursday and Saturday–Sunday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM (UK time). We are closed on Fridays. We aim to reply to all enquiries within 1–2 working days.

Nature of our business

ALVI sells women's clothing — dresses, jumpsuits, playsuits, blouses, tops and jackets — direct to consumers online. We sell to customers in the United Kingdom only. We do not offer services, subscriptions, digital goods or financial products.

Prices, currency and taxes

All prices on this website are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and include any applicable taxes. Standard UK delivery is free, with no minimum spend. The full amount payable is shown at checkout before you confirm your order, and no further charges are added afterwards.

Where we discover an error that affects your order, we will contact you before accepting the order, and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
